Thanks for the great question, @Nicola_LinkedIn Learning!

One Sales Navigator feature I believe every rep should use—but many overlook—is the “TeamLink” connection tool. It’s incredibly powerful because it lets you leverage your entire company’s network to get warm introductions, not just your personal one. Many reps stay stuck in their limited LinkedIn circles, missing out on trusted referral paths that dramatically increase response rates and build instant credibility.

Here’s how I use it to my advantage:

    • Before reaching out to a cold lead, I always check TeamLink to see if someone in my organization or extended team is connected to them.

    • I ask my internal contact for an introduction, making my outreach personal and far more engaging.

    • This approach has consistently shortened sales cycles and improved meeting acceptance rates, as prospects are much more open when there’s a trusted introduction behind the message.

Mastering TeamLink transforms LinkedIn outreach from cold calls into warm conversations—and that hidden leverage truly makes all the difference.

Hi @Sinchu Raju, I really like your suggestion. TeamLink truly is a game-changer for turning cold outreach into warm introductions, and the way you explained how you use it makes it easy for others to see its value.

Thank you for sharing your approach. I’m sure it will inspire other members, and I’m looking forward to seeing more hidden gems from the community this month.

For me, it’s the ‘Posted on LinkedIn’ (in the last 30 days) filter. This is by far the most impactful way to use Sales Navigator to boost your entire sales pipeline on LinkedIn.

This one filter creates a TON of downstream effects:

    • Higher connection acceptance rate.
    • Higher reply rates
    • More meetings booked
    • More engagement on posted content

I’ve found that 10-20% of the TAM on LinkedIn will have posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days. Since this is a dynamic list it’s constantly being updated as people fall off due to inactivity or get included because they post.

Hi @christopher-cozzolino, that is a great choice.
The “Posted on LinkedIn” filter really makes it much easier to start relevant and timely conversations. I like how you explained the impact it has had on connection rates, replies, meetings, and engagement.

I also appreciate that you highlighted the dynamic nature of the list. It is a great reminder that this is a living audience you can continuously work with. Thank you for sharing this practical tip with the community.

Absolutely agree, @christopher-cozzolino — the “Posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days” filter is a game-changer. Engaging with prospects who are already active makes outreach warmer, boosts acceptance and reply rates, and creates more natural conversation starters. It’s such a simple filter, but it consistently delivers high-quality engagement.

Great question and great responses! I think the best-kept secret in Sales Navigator isn’t hidden — it’s underused: Account IQ.

It’s my personal research assistant, serving up a 360° view of a prospect in minutes — priorities, leadership changes, and industry trends, all in one place.

I use it as my conversation compass to skip generic outreach and speak directly to what matters most right now. That’s how cold calls turn warm — because I show I know them before I ever reach out.

In sales, relevance wins — and Account IQ makes sure I’m never irrelevant.

Hi @Ndacorsi0218, I love how you framed Account IQ as a “conversation compass.” That 360° view really can make outreach much more relevant and personal. For anyone who has not used Account IQ yet, here is a short video on what it is and how to use it.

I find it helpful to filter the home feed of All alerts by “Account list”, having build accounts lists for clients, prospects & competitors. Makes it all a bit easier to work through

Hi @barry, that’s a smart way to cut through the noise and focus on what matters most. Filtering alerts by account lists is such an efficient way to prioritize actions, whether that’s staying on top of clients, spotting opportunities with prospects, or keeping tabs on competitors. Thanks for sharing this practical tip with the community!
