When was the last time you gave your Sales Navigator workspace a clean-up? 🧹

This month's challenge is simple: spend 15 minutes cleaning up your Sales Navigator to work more efficiently.

Not sure where to start? You could review a lead list and remove outdated leads; clean-up saved searches you no longer use, or add new filters; create better naming conventions for your lists; or anything that will help you work more efficiently.

Once you've completed it, comment below with:

✅ What you cleaned up
✅ One thing you discovered
✅ One tip for the Community

The winner will be awarded our Community Badge 🏆 ⭐️

📣 What is a Community Monthly Win Competition?

Early each month, we invite all Community members to enter the monthly competition by completing a task or ask in a certain timeframe, usually about three-four weeks. At the end of each competition there will be a random draw that determines our winner! It’s worth joining each month to increase your chances to win. Remember that the goal of these Monthly Competitions is to help members discover Community discussions, resources, and features that will improve your virtual selling strategy and activities.

📋 What are the rules around this Monthly Win Competition?

  • Participants must be in the Club Navigator Community and over 18 years old.
  • The entry period runs from now, July 9, until June 30 at 11:59pm PT. For each entry to count, you must submit it within this timeframe.
  • After the entry period, the Community team will do a random draw with the names of qualified participants.
  • The winner will be announced on July 1.
    • If there is only one qualified participant, that participant is automatically named the winner without the need for a draw.
  • For further details on the Monthly Competition, please read the official Community Contest rules here.
  • Disclaimer: Your comment can be re-shared without additional permission in any upcoming Community post, article, or resource.

👉 Your insights could save someone months of trial and error. Plus, you might even learn a new trick or two from your peers!

Ready? Set your timer for 15 minutes and let us know what you find! 🚀

What I cleaned up: Reviewed my lead lists, removed inactive/outdated leads, consolidated duplicate lists, and updated naming conventions by industry and priority. I also refined a few saved searches with more relevant filters.

One thing I discovered: A few key decision-makers had changed roles, and I realized I was missing opportunities simply because my lists weren't up to date.

One tip for the Community: Make Sales Navigator cleanup a monthly habit. A well-organized workspace means better signals, faster outreach, and less time searching. Quality lists always outperform cluttered ones. Thanks for the great challenge!

Well done on kicking off this challenge, @Sinchu Raju!

Excellent examples. I agree that this should become a habit. As you pointed out, without regularly updating our lists and searches, we run the risk of letting precious opportunities slip away.

Cleaned - outdated lead lists from past clients. Poof! Gone! Also, removed old searches. Poof! Gone!

Discovery - This was way overdue….

Tip - Create accurate filters - some of mine were too broad

Congratulations @PivotPointTaking up this task is never easy, but you did it. Your Sales Navigator is now more efficient and optimized than ever before.

I’m curious to know whatyou changed in your filters - did you adjust the range, or selected more filters?

What I cleaned up: I reviewed my Lead lists and moved leads to the appropriate lists based on category.

One thing I discovered: 16% of my leads are past colleagues!

One tip for the Community: Go through your lead lists and find your past colleagues. Add a note(s) for each one to help you recall how you know one another. Did you work on a project together? Did you work in the same building? These notes will help you with your outreach.

Thank you for sharing this tip @tamika.brunetti! Past colleagues are some of the warmest connections in our networks, but it’s easy to lose sight of them in a growing lead list. Adding notes about how you know each other is a simple habit that can make future outreach much more personal and effective.

It's a great reminder that lead list clean-up isn't just about organisation, but it can turn into an opportunity to uncover existing relationships you may have forgotten about.

Hello everyone,

In my case, I reviewed my contact lists. I have a fairly extensive list, so I checked that all the contacts belong to target companies.

I then reorganized them according to the commercial plan we have decided to focus on for the month of September.

My recommendation is to review your contact lists at the end of each quarter. This helps ensure they remain up to date, aligned with your commercial priorities, and focused on your target accounts

Reviewing your lists periodically is a golden habit. By keeping things up to date, you're not just maintaining a smooth workspace and workflow - you're also giving Sales Navigator exactly what it needs to keep delivering spot-on recommendations for your targets 🎯
