📣 What is a Community Monthly Win Competition?

Early each month, we invite all Community members to enter the monthly competition by completing a task or ask in a certain timeframe, usually about three-four weeks. At the end of each competition there will be a random draw that determines our winner! It’s worth joining each month to increase your chances to win. Remember that the goal of these Monthly Competitions is to help members discover Community discussions, resources, and features that will improve your virtual selling strategy and activities.

📋 What are the rules around this Monthly Win Competition?

  • Participants must be in the Club Navigator Community and over 18 years old.
  • The entry period runs from now, January 8th, until January 31st at 11:59pm PST. For each entry to count, you must submit it within this timeframe.
  • After the entry period, the Community team will do a random draw with the names of qualified participants.
  • The winner will be announced during the week starting January 2nd
    • If there is only one qualified participant, that participant is automatically named the winner without the need for a draw.

Great question @Francesca_Community Manager

If I had to keep just one Sales Navigator feature this year, it would be Account Insights.

It helps me understand what’s actually happening at a company before I reach out  such as leadership changes, growth signals, and even shared connections. That context makes my outreach feel more human and relevant instead of “salesy.”

It’s often the difference between someone ignoring a message and being open to a real conversation.

Thanks for the question to kick off 2026, @Francesca_Community Manager!

Saved Searches with alerts.

It turns passive prospecting into an active pipeline engine—daily/weekly emails on new matches from your ICP (job changes, posts, funding, etc.) mean I never hunt, just engage hot leads the moment they signal. Everything else builds on that constant flow.

I get it, @Ndacorsi0218! The human touch makes all the difference - if you combine Sales Navigator intel with your personal voice, you have a winning combo!

@Sinchu Raju the power of automation! I love this approach, it would give you a consistent flow of relevant information at the right time, without manually checking.

Hello everyone, for me, the most valuable functionality is the ability to interact directly in the feed with the content shared by the costumers I have included in my client lists as a potentials.

Achieving this requires having carried out a solid and well-defined segmentation. Therefore, it is more than a single feature—it is the combination of several capabilities working together. :)

@Francesca_Community Manager Great question! One of the most underutilized levers is the 2nd-degree connection play (Not sure if it’s a feature). I use it to map accounts from the top down. If I reach out to a VP of Finance and they see the CFO is already a mutual connection, the 'trust barrier' drops immediately.

It’s also a massive credit-saver: Once that connection is accepted, you move from a 'cold outreach' to a direct conversation without burning InMail credits. It's about building a web of influence rather than just sending cold blasts.

Thanks for SalesNav!

True @david19 - you chose a golden combination 😄 but the work to get to the perfect list is key! Thank you for sharing your thinking process!

@mateojgiraldo I agree, this has a double advantage - an easier way to connect with your target customer, and a way to save inMails for cases where you don’t have connections in common. Love it! Thank YOU for participating ✨

If I could keep only one feature, it would be the advanced search filters combined with saved lead and account alerts.

That’s the engine room.

Being able to slice the market by role, seniority, company size, industry, geography, growth signals, and job changes is what turns LinkedIn from a social network into a real prospecting platform.

Add alerts, and it becomes a living pipeline. You’re notified when someone changes roles, a company grows, or a lead posts activity, which creates natural, relevant outreach moments instead of cold noise.

Everything else is useful, but without precise targeting and real time triggers, you’re just scrolling.

This is the feature that actually puts decision makers in front of you.
