@Francesca_Community Manager  ​@Ferdy_LinkedIn Learning  - Thanks so much for having me on!   It’s always a challenge for a rep to make the shift from one market to the next.  Each level requires a different skill set that adds on top as you move up-market.  The key is to understand who the players are and what problem you are trying to solve for them.
