My name is Lorenzo Ceccarelli and I am currently General Manager at a law firm specializing mainly in Military Law.

Our industry is niche and the service we offer to customers is virtually unknown.

My role also involves the development, growth and digital presence of the studio. This includes a complete structural restructuring, the internal digitization of resources and the expansion with new locations.

In the past, I was an entrepreneur in other sectors. In Italy, finding a sector in which you can plan and develop activities for 12 months, considering the current political context and the frenetic pace of the rest of the world, is rare, if not impossible.

I'm looking for people like me: curious, enterprising, who are constantly learning and enthusiastically welcoming the great transformations and changes that happen every day.

I am interested in several topics, from Agent AI to finance and its evolution, to geopolitics. I'm passionate about everything about growth and development. I'm a big dreamer.
