🕸️ One contact is not a deal. It's a single point of failure.

If your whole opportunity rests on one person, it takes one job change, one reorg, one quiet week to stall completely.

Build width early: Map the room — who else touches this decision? Budget, users, influencers. Add 3–5 people from the account to your list, not just your main contact. Enter through relevance — reference the work, not "your colleague mentioned you." Keep an eye on movement — when someone new joins the team, meet them early.

Deals that survive surprises are the ones with more than one thread.

How many people do you usually engage inside an account? 💬

Great point @Abesh.Sengupta. The strongest B2B sellers don’t just build relationships—they build relationship networks within the account.

Absolutely! Building a relationship network within the account creates a much stronger foundation. When you understand different stakeholders, their priorities, and how they connect, you can add value across the account rather than relying on a single relationship. Great point! 🙌
