🎯 The 5-filter search that finds your best-fit buyers in under 2 minutes

Searching by job title alone is like fishing with your eyes closed. Here's a tighter approach you can copy today:

1️⃣ Job title(s) — add 2–3 variations, since titles differ company to company. 2️⃣ Industry + company headcount — so you only see accounts that fit your ideal customer profile. 3️⃣ Geography — match your territory. 4️⃣ "Changed jobs in the last 90 days" — new leaders are your warmest entry point. 5️⃣ Save the search. 🔑 This is the game-changer — Sales Navigator keeps feeding you new people who match, automatically. It shows not just who fits today, but who fits tomorrow.

💡 Pro tip: name each saved search by persona (e.g. "IT Directors – Mid-Market – India") and your pipeline starts organizing itself.

👇 Try it and tell us — how many net-new best-fit leads did your first saved search surface?

I totally agree. When people change jobs they are open to new things. You must be doing a nationwide search to get sufficient results in most cases with this filter. A state or city campaign will yield too few results.

Great point! 👏 People who have recently changed jobs are often more open to exploring new tools, building new relationships, and establishing fresh workflows. Pairing that filter with a broader geographic search can definitely help uncover more relevant opportunities before narrowing your outreach. Thanks for sharing this practical tip! 😊
