🙈 Your prospect reads your profile before they read your message.

You spend twenty minutes crafting the perfect note, hit send, and they do the one thing you didn't plan for: they click your name first.

What they find there decides whether your message gets a reply or a scroll.

And most seller profiles are written for the wrong audience — they read like a résumé aimed at a hiring manager, not a buyer trying to work out "is this person worth my time?"

Here's what to fix, in order of impact 👇

🏷️ Your headline. Not your job title — who you help and what changes for them. They should know in five seconds whether you're relevant to their world.

📝 Your About section. Lead with the problems you solve, in the words your customers actually use. No mission statements. No third-person bio.

🖼️ Your banner. It's the biggest piece of visual space you own and it's usually empty. One clear line about who you serve does more than a stock photo of a skyline.

💬 Your recent activity. This is the part people forget. If your last post was two years ago, you look inactive. A few thoughtful comments a week is enough to look present.

🔁 The quiet truth: every message you send drives traffic to your profile. If the profile doesn't hold up, better outreach won't save it.

💬 When did you last update yours — and what did you change? 👇
