In the last few weeks, we’ve shared the Q4 2024 quarterly product update and dove further into Lead IQ, the next Sales Navigator AI Suite feature. Today, we’d like to share a more detailed update of Account IQ enhancements as well as Sales Navigator for LinkedIn enhancements, specifically New Lead Insights and AI-assisted intros on LinkedIn profiles.
Please note that Lead IQ and Account IQ are available to only Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses.
Account IQ Enhancements
The next stage of Account IQ is all about helping sellers get to the finish line of account research and providing the flexibility to match any selling style. This quarter, we are introducing personalized insights that help position and sell your solution(s) to customers.
When you tell Sales Navigator which products and services you sell, Account IQ will return more relevant insights (i.e. solution mapping to company challenges) to help you have more informed conversations and solve customer problems while accelerating research and account planning.


In addition, we are also adding these updates to Account IQ:
- Expanded coverage: Account IQ will now cover the 10,000 most viewed accounts with 50-200 employees.
- Improved data: Public US-based companies will now include SEC filings as sources to help bolster insights.
- Updated Account Page: A new Account Page will make it easier to find key insights with a more intuitive layout.
Last but not least, Company Pages on Linkedin.com have an updated and expanded section on Account IQ, making it easier to get the insights you need on your top accounts wherever you work.


Sales Navigator for LinkedIn Enhancements
Last quarter, we launched Lead Insights on LinkedIn.com Profile pages. This quarter, we are further enhancing this experience with new insights to help sellers quickly identify and prioritize top leads.
- Insights summary: Review leads faster with a high-level overview of the profile that highlights key intent signals and opportunities for introductions.
- Key signals: Prioritize fit with information to help sellers determine if the lead may be a good fit – if they were recently promoted or follow your company, for example.
- Get introduced with AI*: Ask for an AI-assisted introduction leveraging warm paths in, such as TeamLink, Executive TeamLink, and shared work experiences among many others. This will allow sellers to cast a wide net among potential allies in a fraction of time.

AI-assisted introduction is available to only Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses.
