If you’ve been around in the Community in the last ten weeks, you probably read about the 9 Best Practices that LinkedIn Sales Experts put together for you to become a top performer. We shared each of these tips weekly to learn together, and hear your insights on how to utilize Sales Navigator functionality to build your success.

Even though we shared all the best practices and the Community Challenge reached an end, these tips will be evergreen, and you can always come back and make sure you follow the proven ways. We encourage you to subscribe to these posts to find them easier in the future (by clicking on the ⭐ at the bottom of each post)

Would you like to read more about these tips? Check out this LSS Blog post with a summary. And to not forget, here are some takeaways:

  1. It all starts when you upload your book of business.
  2. Look for accounts with the most whitespace.
  3. Don’t look for any buyer. Look for the right buyer.
  4. A warm path beats a cold path, every time.
  5. Staying informed about your accounts and buyers reduce the risks of a lost deal.
  6. Closing deals means getting the timing right, and getting the timing right means having the right data.
  7. Research, research, research.
  8. Your buyer has had quite enough spam. Lead with a personalized message instead.
  9. Multiple champions means more opportunities for bigger and better deals.

Lastly, we would love to hear about your experience! Please answer this short poll below and add a comment about the insights you learnt and any tips to the Community Team for future challenges. 😊🚀

Thank you @Zita_Community Manager and the team for your your kind words! I will definitely be active in this community.

I want to congratulate you and the team for this active learning experience!🎉

One of the best I have ever experienced: the challenges level was exactly enough to create learning and the pace of the challenges enough to create sustainable habits.

I recommend you to re-take this type of challenges at least twice /year.

Even if this time the adoption was maybe not the highest, but when more members will know about it, they will be helped by this type of gamified learning.

I am looking forward to the next ones! 🤗

Thank you for your participation and feedback, @cosmina.coman! We definitely will explore this type of learning to help our members to get more familiar with new features.

In the meantime, stay tuned for our monthly competitions that we’ll start again from next week. 🏹
