A selection of expert LinkedIn resources shared by employees, insightful LinkedIn data, case studies, and other publicly available materials will be available for everyone to view. This will give potential members an understanding of the value of Community before joining. Check out Sales Navigator Onboarding resources, Sales Assistant Hub, Blogs & Case Studies, and more by exploring the Community.

To unlock the full experience, you’ll need to log in using your LinkedIn profile. Private content like exclusive events, peer-to-peer insights, personalized posts, member led discussions, articles and demos are reserved for only our logged-in members. Creating an account ensures a more secure, tailored, and connected Community experience. Don’t miss out!

Members can explore extensive sections of the Club Community where members share fantastic insights, top of mind, and answer each other’s questions. Here are some examples of areas you can explore once you log in:

 

📌 Our Tips for Getting Started in the Community

 

1️⃣ Complete your profile information: head to your profile on the top right corner of your screen, and input your picture or avatar, company information, job title, preferred language, and it would be great if you could add a little bit about yourself and your interests. This way, our Members and Community Managers will get to know you better, and we will be able to suggest specific content.

2️⃣ Review our Guiding Principles below (more details are available here):

  • Be Respectful of others, and don’t post any offensive or copyrighted content in the Community
  • Contribute & Collaborate via thoughtful questions and comments, and engage with your peers
  • Please Do Not Pitch your service or products to the Club Navigator Community
  • Before You Post remember that this post will be visible to members, so avoid sharing confidential information.

3️⃣ Learn and practice how to ask questions:

  • First, check if this question was answered already in the Community using the search bar on the top of the Homepage. 
  • If you don’t find your answer, create a post choosing “question” type and add as much detail as possible. It helps Community members to understand your question better and they will be able to help you quicker. Include a brief explanation, specific feature or use case you want to learn more about, screenshot (please block Personally Identifiable Information)
  • Check back regularly to read the responses and participate in the conversation to let the Community know if you received the information you needed or still need help. If you allow it in your settings, you receive email notifications once you get a new reply.
  • Mark the most helpful answer as ‘Best Answer’. It helps your peers search for the answers to similar questions.

Through the Sales Beacon Program, we recognize members in our Community who are active contributors and engage consistently over a period of at least 6 months. This includes contributing innovative product ideas, responding to questions, sharing insights, participating in discussions in the Community, and attending Community’s live events.
