Are you ready for another incredible year ahead?

Last year was an amazing journey for the Community and we cannot be more grateful that you have been here with us through opening the gates of the new Community Experience, learning together about the latest Sales Navigator features powered by AI and the many gatherings we hosted. And there are so many exciting things ahead of us! Having said that, our goal for this year is to continue to host this space for you to network, find answers to your questions and share your experience with your peers. Let’s kick off with a friendly competition!

📣 What is a Community Monthly Win Competition? 

Early each month, we invite all Community members to enter the monthly competition by completing a task or ask in a certain timeframe, usually about three weeks. From now on, we will keep the competition open for the entire quarter for you, while we open two more posts to participate. At the end of each quarter there will be a random draw where each competition entry counts! It’s worth joining each month to increase your chances to win a LinkedIn swag or Virtual Recognition*. Remember that the goal of these Monthly Competitions is to help members discover Community discussions, resources, and features that will improve your virtual selling strategy and activities.

 

📋 What are the rules around this Monthly Win Competition?

  • Participants must be in the Sales Solutions Community and over 18 years old. 
  • The entry period runs from now, January 9, until March 25 11:59pm PST. For each entry to count, you must submit it within this timeframe.
  • After the entry period, the Community team will do a random draw with the names of qualified participants.
  • The winner will be announced the winner on March 26.
    • If there is only one qualified participant, that participant is automatically named the winner without the need for a draw.

MINHA META PARA 2024: 
Meu objetivo é fazer a minha empresa se torne referência, fazendo com que mais pessoas possam ter acesso ao meu conteúdo. Esse ano quero expandir, com mais funcionários e clientes. Crio conteúdo no LinkedIn, estou com várias ações como lives todos os dias, criação de artigo e relacionamento, para auxiliar na captação de novos clientes. Além de melhorar a minha performance e conhecimento com o Sales Navegation, porquê também é um serviço que ofereço e estou tento uma demanda de influenciadores que querem vir para o LinkedIn e aumentar o banco de leads. 

PRÁTICA DO SALES NAVEGATION 
Minha maior prática no sales, é fazer pesquisa e criar relacionamento com os leads, fazendo a venda B2C. Como crio conteúdo no LinkedIn diariamente, utilizo como ferramenta de aproximação. Então começo com a pesquisa dos Leads, convido para assistir a live, depois envio o artigo ou material, após faço o CTA.

Hoje eu queria falar um pouco sobre as minhas metas para 2024.

Eu estou muito animado este ano, e tenho certeza que será um ano de muito sucesso para mim e para a minha empresa.

Uma das minhas metas mais importantes é aumentar o meu número de clientes em 20%. Eu sei que isso é um desafio, mas eu estou confiante que posso alcançá-lo.

Para isso, eu estou planejando usar o Sales Navigator do LinkedIn de forma mais eficiente.

Eu acho que o Sales Navigator é uma ferramenta incrível que pode me ajudar a encontrar novos clientes e a construir relacionamentos mais fortes com os clientes existentes.

Uma das práticas recomendadas que eu estou planejando usar é a de segmentar os meus leads. Eu quero me concentrar em leads que são mais propensos a se interessar pelos meus produtos ou serviços.

Eu também estou planejando usar o Sales Navigator para acompanhar as atividades dos meus leads. Isso me ajudará a entender o que eles estão interessados e a me manter no topo da minha lista de prioridades.

Eu estou confiante de que, usando o Sales Navigator de forma eficaz, eu vou conseguir alcançar as minhas metas para 2024.

For 2024, my team is taking a two pronged approach of “seeing more” and “winning more”.  We believe that multi-threading within accounts will help us with both of these and I am in the process of training our teams on how to leverage account maps within LinkedIn Sales Navigator! :) 


My goal for 2024 is to grow as much to find a new employee for my business. The sales navigator feature - who posted on LinkedIn recently - helps me to find people willing to engage with each other. To let my account grow with people changing experience. Also I will give video content a big shot and am curios how this will effect my account.


For Fiscal Year 2024, I am hoping to focus on the top accounts and find my Sales Teams the right businesses to pursue. Also wanting to focus on the right buyers to get to the buying influences quicker to close deals faster for my Sales teams. Relationship Explorer and Relationship Map is key for my Sales Teams to build out their leads within an account and watching alerts as a lead may get promoted, or switch jobs! 


My immediate goal for 2024 is to focus, build, and nurture prospecting in to the accounts where there are warm connections. And I believe, Relationship Explorer and Teamlink practices can be of great help to me. 


My goal is to get the team utilising the sales nav overview page more effectively in 2024. I think the new ‘Account IQ (Beta)’ feature is going to be the biggest help and time save!


At least get one interesting contact that we don't yet know for our customer event in Q1. The search function in the Sales Navigator will help, as will the account map and shared leadlists!

 

 


Our team has a lot of opportunity to expand business within existing accounts, e.g., we have business in one or more customer branches, but not all. Some of our accounts are integrated to such an extent that we can get referrals or corporate sponsorship through conventional means, but those that are more distributed have always been more of a challenge. This is where the functionality of Sales Navigator brings a lot of value, as we can identify connections between existing buyers and potential ones, monitor activity of those potential buyers, and reach out with timely and relevant communications to advance sales - within organizations that are already experiencing our products and services.


My goal is to build the audience of the new forum/event that I launched last year - The Richmond CDO Forum.
Using the search, personas, and lists, is allowing me to create a targette4d list of people to contact and engage.


Thank you for sharing your direction for the year! You are on the right track, utilizing the great power of Sales Navigator and LinkedIn’s network.
