The much-anticipated HubSpot integration for Sales Navigator is finally here! 🥳 A recent study demonstrated that sales reps can save up to 15 minutes per day (equaling 65 hours per year!) from not switching focus between tools. For our Advanced Plus customers with HubSpot, you can now leverage real-time LinkedIn data directly within your CRM. Sales Navigator for HubSpot unlocks additional workflows and efficiencies of Sales Navigator, allowing sellers to sell smarter and be more productive.

This integration is designed to seamlessly connect HubSpot and Sales Navigator and infuse people-powered LinkedIn data directly in HubSpot. We will be sharing more throughout the quarter, bu here’s a highlight of key features:
1. Staying up to date on people and companies
- Record Matching & Auto-Save: Seamlessly bring your team’s book of business into Sales Navigator, allowing them to surface relevant, actionable insights on people and companies.
- Data Validation: Sales Navigator will flag when your CRM contacts have changed roles or companies
2. Enhancing your HubSpot experience
- Embedded Experiences: Display live and up-to-date Sales Navigator member and company information across every record within CRM.
- HubSpot Lists and Workflow: Use Sales Navigator activities of connection requests and viewed Smart links to trigger workflows or create a list in HubSpot.
3. Identifying and filling key gaps in customer data
- Search Filters: Find gaps in your CRM by filtering searches to include or exclude buyers not in your CRM.
- Contact Creation and Updates: Create new or update existing CRM contacts using Sales Navigator data both from Sales Navigator into your CRM and from the Embedded Experience into your CRM.
4. Measuring rep activity & key results
- Activity Writeback: Automatically log key Sales Navigator activities (i.e., InMails, Messages sent, Notes logged, connection requests sent, SmartLink views) to CRM.
