Hi Community members,
About a month ago, we shared the 29 LinkedIn Learning courses for sales professionals during challenging times — and guess what? There’s more! Today we are sharing four courses from sales experts that will help you understand how to ask great questions, identify sales growth opportunities, make the most out of Sales Navigator, and effectively manage your sales pipeline. These courses are free until the end of the month, so be sure to check them out and add them to your learning/watch list!
- Asking Great Sales Questions by Jeff Bloomfield — As we continue doing business in the Buyer First era, it’s imperative to shift your mindset from “selling” to “serving by solving.” Storytelling and effective communication are key to understanding your buyers’ needs and goals so that you are in the best position to solve their problems. Jeff’s course will help you gain insight into your customer’s business problems and objectives and use them to guide your sales questions.
- Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator by @Donna Alexander, our very own Sr. InStruct Program Manager — This newly updated course is for you if you are relatively new to using Sales Navigator and its features or if you simply need a refresher on how to use the mobile app or sync with CRM, for examples. Watch Donna’s course if you’d like best practices on finding new leads, viewing member profiles and company pages, writing targeted messaging in InMails, and much more.
- Identify Sales Growth Opportunities by Drew Boyd — There are two primary avenues for growth in sales: within your current category or seek opportunities outside your category. In this course, Drew covers the four ways to grow within your current market as well as helping you identify adjacent markets and how you can grow through mergers, acquisitions, and otherwise.
- Sales Pipeline Management by Dean Karrel — Highly successful sales professionals are able to diligently stay in tune with opportunities and actively monitor account activity throughout the sales cycle. Be sure to take Dean’s course if you’d like to learn about proper sales pipeline management, cultivate more opportunities, forecast better outcomes, and close (more) deals quicker.
Finally, if you’d like to hear the advice these four experts have for taking the next step in your career, be sure to check out this blog post. I hope this is helpful no matter the sales role you’re in and would love to hear your learnings if you do take a course!
Thank you and happy learning,
Eva C.
