Hope you're having a great week. Today, I want to share some additional details and tips on the one of the latest Sales Navigator features update: Contract Creation.
Users will be able to create a Contact record in CRM directly from a Sales Navigator Lead Page or Lead List. This new functionality is aimed at streamlining the activities between Sales Navigator and CRM.

Important notes:
- Admins need to make sure they're on an Enterprise contract and have CRM Sync enabled with their CRM
- Admins need to activate the Contact Creation ability in their Admin Settings
