Hope you all had a great holiday break with your dear and loved ones. I couldn't be more excited to share that we are kicking off the first Community Bi-Weekly Mission of this 2022! 🎉

 

Before we jump into it, we want to kindly remember everyone that the goal with these Bi-Weekly Missions is to help you discover many Community discussions, resources, and features that will hopefully improve your virtual selling strategy and activities. Let's get right to it and find out what this week’s Bi-Weekly Mission is!

 

📣 1. What is a Community Bi-Weekly Mission? 

  • A mission is a suggested ask that is given to all Community members to complete within a certain timeframe, typically two weeks.

2.1 How does the Bi-weekly Mission work?  

  • Only Sales Navigator Community members over 18 years can participate. 
  • The competition will run from January 5th to 16th 11:59PM PST
  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing and announced on January 17th with instructions to claim the prize.
  • Employees of LinkedIn and its affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Region of Crimea, and where prohibited. 
  • Your comment could be re-shared or used without additional permission in any upcoming Community posts that are limited to being used within the Community only.  

 

2.2 What are the prizes?  

The winner will have the unique opportunity to win a prize package with:  

  • A LinkedIn Sales Navigator Community mug

 

The winner will only be awarded one prize package during the entry period.

Back in early 2021 we orchestrated a webinar in order to promote one of our portfolio extensions. In preparation of the event we back it up supporting our local NAM team to improve the audience to have a great successful event.

The NAM team started their classic intend by running a paid E-Mail campaign for sending the webinar invitations. With the use of LinkedIn and supportive postings we leveraged to reach 2,5 more attendees to this event compared to the NAM campaign. Following the 1 hour webinar , we had a great engagement and this become very successful. We used to increase YOY sales by +9,8% for a product with minor market needs in 2020 ff due to Covid implications.

This have been an outstanding team achievement.


@Dirk D​ this is an incredible success story, well done! I really like how you leveraged LinkedIn to not only find the right audience for your webinar, but also to engage with them the right way.

 

This is a fantastic example of how important it is to think strategically about the different channels and platform sales and marketing teams have available and how they can help them reach their end goal - increase sales and customer loyalty/retention.
