📣 What is a Community Monthly Win Competition? 

Early each month, we invite all Community members to enter the monthly competition by completing a task or ask in a certain timeframe, usually about three weeks. At the end of each competition there will be a random draw that determines our winner! It’s worth joining each month to increase your chances to win LinkedIn swag. Remember that the goal of these Monthly Competitions is to help members discover Community discussions, resources, and features that will improve your virtual selling strategy and activities.

 

📋 What are the rules around this Monthly Win Competition?

  • Participants must be in the Sales Community and over 18 years old. 
  • The entry period runs from now, January 7th, until January 31st 11:59pm PST. For each entry to count, you must submit it within this timeframe.
  • After the entry period, the Community team will do a random draw with the names of qualified participants.
  • The winner will be announced on February 3rd.
    • If there is only one qualified participant, that participant is automatically named the winner without the need for a draw.

Maintaining a 15% close rate on prospects who progress to a Demo.

While adding $10k in MRR monthly up until $300k MRR.


My 2025 sales goals? Simple and shiny:

My 2025 goals are:

  1. Increase my connections by 15%
  2. Daily activity on LinkedIn
  3. 1 post per week
  4. Use Sales Navigator to get 3 meetings/week
  5. Close 5 deals each month, achieving a MRR of $10k by Q2

Uma das minhas metas para 2025 é cadastrar 500 empresas que estejam totalmente conectadas ao meu ICP e adicionar três ou quatro executivos de cada empresa nos seguintes setores: Marketing, Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Vendas e Indústria.

Thanks for this opportunity to share! Here are my key goals for 2025:

  1. I'm focusing on building deeper relationships with decision-makers this year. Rather than chasing numbers, I want to engage meaningfully with 100 key prospects by consistently commenting on their posts and sharing relevant insights about their industries. It's about quality conversations, not just connections.
  2. One of my biggest goals is to get better at multi-threading within accounts. Too often we rely on a single contact, so I'm aiming to map and connect with at least 3 stakeholders in each of my target accounts. This should help me understand their challenges better and navigate decisions more smoothly.
  3. Last but definitely not least, I want to establish myself as a thought leader in my space. I'm committing to sharing more valuable content and insights regularly, with the goal of growing meaningful engagement with my network. Success for me will be measured by the quality of conversations these posts generate, not just likes.

I'll be using LinkedIn's tools to help achieve these, but ultimately it's about building genuine relationships and providing real value to my network. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's goals!


Sales goals for 2025: 

  • Building consistency within content sharing, sharing different types of relevant content for our ICP audience, 3 x week. 
    • A big personal goal is also to overcome the tendency to want things to be certain type of content (more polished) and just enjoy and share the imperfect, especially on video. 
  • Scaling a sales team focused on Nordics, want to embrace their learning journey.
    • Building their personal brands
    • Learning to utilize Sales Navigator in a strategic way
    • Build winning templates for us as a team, and better process for when we opt. ICP prospects into cadences. 
    • Goal, end of Q1, SSI of team > 70 
    • Goal end of Q2, SSI of team > 85
    • Goal end of Q3, SSI > 90
    • Keep it there consistently 
  • Grow my personal network by >25%. 
  • From a Management perspective, utilize Sales Nav to prospect, engage, and land new partners (Consultants, Integrations, and Branding)
    • Engage (meet) 5 new a month 
    • Land a new partner a month

My sales goals for 2025 are divided into expansion and acquisition, with clear objectives and focus for each area:

Focus on Expansion
Strengthening connections: As enterprise sales rely on solid relationships, I aim to increase my engagement with stakeholders. This year, I plan to have lunches with 5 decision-makers from my key accounts.
Reducing sales cycle time: Work on shortening my sales cycle by 12%, optimizing processes and aligning expectations from the start.
Expanding presence in accounts: Ensure in-person meetings with at least 2 new Business Units (BUs) from each priority account.
Focus on Acquisition
Participating in key events: Attend relevant events in my vertical, such as Beauty Fair and NRF, using these opportunities to connect with decision-makers.
Improving efficiency: Increase my win rate by 5%, refining approaches and strategies for more consistent conversions.
Brand recognition: Deliver a presentation about our brand at a major industry event, boosting visibility and credibility.
2025 will be a year of focus, growth, and connection! 🚀
