June has arrived and that means it’s time for a new competition! We recently shared our Q2 2024 product release, which brought new product features and many enhancements. These additions allow Sales Navigator users to have more flexibility when organizing their buying committee and stay on top of key alerts in the mobile app. For Advanced Plus users, you now have the ability to keep your data clean and streamline your work between platforms with new CRM Embedded Experiences.

📣 What is a Community Monthly Win Competition? 

Early each month, we invite all Community members to enter the monthly competition by completing a task or ask in a certain timeframe, usually about three weeks. At the end of each quarter there will be a random draw where each competition entry from the different quarter competitions count! It’s worth joining each month to increase your chances to win a LinkedIn swag or Virtual Recognition*. Remember that the goal of these Monthly Competitions is to help members discover Community discussions, resources, and features that will improve your virtual selling strategy and activities.

 

📋 What are the rules around this Monthly Win Competition?

  • Participants must be in the Sales Solutions Community and over 18 years old. 
  • The entry period runs from now, Jun 6, until Jun 30 11:59pm PST. For each entry to count, you must submit it within this timeframe.
  • After the entry period, the Community team will do a random draw with the names of qualified participants.
  • The winner will be announced on Jul 1.
    • If there is only one qualified participant, that participant is automatically named the winner without the need for a draw.

CRM Embedded experiences has to be my favourite feature from  Q2 2024 Product Release.

The feature has helped reduce the different number of applications, websites you need to have open while working on a new or existing account

Everything now being visible within our CRM system it bring in the power of social media + CRM data into full action to help sales teams make better informed decisions and have more meaningful conversations with their clients

The Account IQ feature is a great help to reduce hours spent on researching about a prospect or company


I was not able to narrow down to one, but two favorite features from the Q2 product release. The Relationship Mapping Placeholder Cards and the Data Validation Badges have both proved to be incredibly useful for Sales Navigator users, especially as I demo the product at my company to encourage adoption and usage of Sales Navigator. Both features provide more flexibility and control over the organization and accuracy of data that will ultimately update our CRM. 


The Relationship Mapping Placeholder Cards allow users to add a blank card in the Relationship Map to represent decision makers even if they don't have a LinkedIn profile, have a different company listed than on their profile, or the user hasn’t connected with them yet. This feature is particularly useful for keeping track of key decision makers and ensuring that the buying committee is accurately represented.

The Data Validation Badges alert users to update a badge when the Account or Title fields are missing for contacts, allowing them to quickly update those fields with LinkedIn data right from their CRM.  This feature helps to keep data clean and up-to-date, ensuring that users have the most accurate information at their fingertips.

Overall, these features provide users with more control and flexibility, helping them to work more efficiently and effectively.


One of the most impressive features in the Q2 2024 product release is the intelligence tool designed to streamline research on prospects and accounts. This addition has significantly cut down the time we spend gathering information, freeing us up to focus on strategic planning and client interaction. The improvements rolled out in Q2 2024 have truly optimized our workflow and enhanced our sales capabilities.

Another standout feature for me is the integration of social media functionalities directly into our CRM system. This enhancement has drastically reduced the need to juggle multiple platforms and sites while managing both new and ongoing accounts. By having all essential tools and information consolidated in one place, we can now leverage the full potential of social media insights combined with our CRM data. This fusion empowers our sales teams to make more informed decisions and engage in richer, more impactful conversations with clients.


Favorite feature from the Q2 2024 product release

🔥Placeholder cards

Why? Because it’s useful to keep track of individuals who are in my CRM that don’t have a LinkedIn profile. 
How has it helped in daily selling activities? In the past, I know that I have searched for the same contact without a LinkedIn profile a few times. I thought I just hadn’t added them to a list, but they actually don’t have a profile. Being able to add a placeholder card saves searching time. 


the analytic tools has been so useful in managing your list and interacting with your clients. this has been really helpful and has help with my role daily!! hope to see further tools in the coming month so  we can link to our CRM system!

The feature I appreciate most from the Q2 2024 release is the Relationship Mapping Placeholder Cards. These cards enable users to insert placeholders in the Relationship Map for decision-makers who lack LinkedIn profiles, have different companies listed, or aren’t yet connected. This functionality is crucial for tracking important decision-makers and accurately reflecting the buying committee. It has been very helpful for my targeted accounts.
