Happy June! Last month, we shared Sales Navigator’s Q2 2023’s product release, which includes updates that will help users identify accounts that are most likely to result in closed deals and meaningful customer relationships.

 

For all our Sales Navigator users, the brand new Account Hub is your one-stop shop to help your prioritize your time. You will now be able to view several of Sales Navigator’s powerful data points in one single page, including recent alerts, account insights, connection paths, recommended leads, and buyer and product category intent*, opportunity data**, and more.

 

Here are some of the things you can do with the insights presented in Account Hub:

  1. Monitor the recent changes of your accounts — Changes like recent layoffs, hiring increases, funding events, and in buyer intent* will empower sellers to provide timely suggestions to key customers and craft highly relevant outreach.
  2. Find new warm paths in — You’d be able to expand the people you can reach out to at target accounts with the information in the ‘Connection paths’ column and our recommendations. Connection paths highlight the first-degree, second-degree, and TeamLink* connections at an account, while Recommendations provide seller with intelligent recommendations based on key buyer intent and relationship intelligence indicators (i.e. InMail acceptance and decision-maker hires).
  3. Prioritize outreach to accounts with high buyer intent* — Buyer intent indicates a company’s intent in buying from your company using data like employee interaction, InMail acceptance, ads engagement, company page engagement, and more.
  4. Effectively manage account lists — It is now easier than ever to highly only accounts that matter the most to you in one single view. You can switch between your account lists at the top left and filter accounts within that list by factors like starred accounts, upcoming deals, buyer intent, company health, and more.

 

*Buyer Intent and Product Category Intent and TeamLink are available to only Advanced and Advanced Plus customers.

*Opportunity data is available to only Advanced Plus customers with CRM Sync enabled.

 

Account Hub not only gathers the context you need in one place to help you make the best prioritization decisions but also the following:

  • make more data-driven decisions
  • build stronger customer relationships
  • close more deals
