Hi everyone,

We recently shared last quarter’s Sales Navigator product release, which includes various enhancements in the Sales Navigator mobile app, integration with Linkedin.com, updates for our Admins, and the Search experience now available for all Sales Navigator licenses.

Lastly, for our Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus license holders, your journey with LinkedIn-powered Buyer Intent begins today.

1.     Prioritize your days with the new Account Dashboard

At the top of your Sales Navigator Homepage, you will be presented a highlight of this week’s most active accounts with buyer intent. On the right, you’ll also be able to find a quick overview of your priority accounts and their buyer intent (as well as change in headcount). In the Alerts on the left, Sales Navigator will also surface Accounts with specific individuals showing intent to help you effectively prioritize accounts.

Clicking “View in buyer intent dashboard” at the top of the Homepage will take you to your Buyer Intent Dashboard, where you will find all the accounts in your book of business sorted by the level of buyer intent.

2.    Find the right context for the right first touch to the right person at the right time

In the “Buyer activities” section on an Account Page, you will see a customizable timeline of all recent buyer activities as well as the overall level of intent. More data points will become available throughout the rest of the year, giving you the complete context you need on timing, type, and who. The latest Buyer Intent updates make it possible to see not only accounts showing intent but also specific individuals who may want to hear from you. On the right, “Activities Breakdown” gives you a visual comparing all the activities completed at an Account.

3.    ‘Buyer intent’ filter in Account Search

An new filter has been added to Account Search to help you filter the accounts that have shown recent and relevant buyer intent signals and are already primed for outreach. You can then save these accounts to review them later in your Buyer Intent Dashboard with the new range of datapoints available alongside the opportunities you are already working on.

These foundational features are the starting point of LinkedIn’s deep sales platform. We will continue adding new intent coverage and activity insights over the coming quarters. I’d also recommend checking out this one-pager for LinkedIn-powered Buyer Intent created by our Customer Education team to help you realize and take advantage of our unique and actionable data.

If you’d like more specific details on each of Buyer Intent features and enhancements above, please visit this site. As always, if you have any questions or comments, please leave them below.

Thank you,

Eva C.
