Our quarterly product update went out today, giving you an overview of the new features and enhancements releasing in Q1 2025.

Sales Navigator is evolving with AI to help you sell more effectively. This quarter, we’re expanding beta access to all Advanced & Advanced Plus users for Message Assist, an AI-powered tool that instantly generates personalized InMails—so your team can engage key buyers faster and at scale. This extended beta means you get access while we continue to test, learn, and refine the experience before full rollout.

In addition to Message Assist, users can also expect updates/changes in Account IQ, account security, Sales Navigator Alerts, and Account Center, depending on your contract. Read on to learn more!

 

For all Sales Navigator licenses:

  1. Two-step Verification: Now mandatory, you will be required to turn on two-step verification to access Sales Navigator across desktop, on mobile, or in Embedded Experiences. You will be prompted to verify your identity when logging into Sales Navigator on an unrecognized device. You can then confirm through a text message or an authenticator app (i.e. Microsoft Authenticator).

 

For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses:

  1. Message Assist: The latest in our AI suite, Message Assist helps you adopt InMail best practices and connect with decision makers with the right message in less time.
    • Pairs LinkedIn’s unique first-party insights with newest advanced AI models from Microsoft ecosystem
    • Delivers timely, personalized, and high-impact outreach
    • Aligns outreach with each account’s unique needs using Account IQ
  2. Account IQ enhancements: Now available in French, Spanish, and German, Account IQ provides an easy access summary of key company information.

 

For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus licenses:

  1. Alerts in Sales Navigator for Partners: Through Sales Navigator Alerts via CRM Embedded Experiences or Gong, you can now stay on top of the following updates directly in your workflow:
    • job changes and promotions
    • recently company funding
    • LinkedIn posts

 

For Admins on a Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus license:

  1. Admin Product and Services Settings: In Admin Settings, Admins can now upload a list of products and services offered. This allows sellers to quickly select relevant offerings when using tools like Account IQ and Message Assist.
  1. Account Center becomes Admin Center: Account Center is now rebranded to Admin Center, where all user and license management flows will take place. The functionality remains unchanged, and with the improved interface, Admins can:
  • Filter specific actions in the revamped Activity Log
  • Manage multiple LinkedIn products with the new dashboard page – available only for admins of multiple products

We really need a change to finding formers at a target company. Simple change that will 2x time spent on Sales Nav. Again, to find a former employee at Apple is too hard and time consuming right now. 

 

Please add filters to show that that we want a former at the target company, and former there within a range of years. 

 

Right now its using past company, and years at current company. most results given are not useful because they could’ve been at our target at any time in their career.

How do we see Account IQ in French, German, or Spanish?

How do we see Account IQ in French, German, or Spanish? 

Hi ​@s.lichy, great question! You can change the language on Account IQ by going to your LinkedIn settings and changing the language there. It should then automatically apply to Sales Navigator and Account IQ.
