To start off Q4 of our FY26, we have an announcement of some new features for Sales Navigator live in April 2026.Who Viewed My Company Page Filter Cross-Company Lead Support in Relationship Map Share Account Searches We’d like to give a special shoutout to ​@Vikki Morley, ​@edotson, ​@petra.bernhard, and ​@rita.conde who submitted ideas that supported these features being prioritized. You can read more about their specific contributions here. Read below for more information on each new feature: 1. Who Viewed My Company Page Filter You can now filter leads by who’s viewed your company page so you’re not guessing who might care, you’re seeing who already does. These are prospects who are actively checking your company out, which means warmer conversations, better timing, and more confident outreach. This filter looks at the past 90 days of activity.Users are prompted to opt-in to be viewed publicly. Anyone who does not opt-in will not appear in searches.   2. Cross-Company Lead Support in Relationship Map With cross-company lead support, Relationship Maps now bring every relevant stakeholder into a single, actionable view. This strengthens collaboration, improves deal strategy, and makes Relationship Maps a powerful opportunity tool.Click “All Leads” on the left rail of the Relationship Mao to search for leads across all companies and then add to your map. Then, click and drag them into your Relationship Map.    3. Share Account Searches One of our most-requested features! You can officially share Account Searches in Sales Navigator.With your search filters, you can build targeted account searches and share them directly with your teammates inside Sales Navigator. Our quarterly product update went out today, giving you an overview of the new features and enhancements releasing in Q1 2025.Sales Navigator is evolving with AI to help you sell more effectively. This quarter, we’re expanding beta access to all Advanced & Advanced Plus users for Message Assist, an AI-powered tool that instantly generates personalized InMails—so your team can engage key buyers faster and at scale. This extended beta means you get access while we continue to test, learn, and refine the experience before full rollout.In addition to Message Assist, users can also expect updates/changes in Account IQ, account security, Sales Navigator Alerts, and Account Center, depending on your contract. Read on to learn more! For all Sales Navigator licenses:Two-step Verification: Now mandatory, you will be required to turn on two-step verification to access Sales Navigator across desktop, on mobile, or in Embedded Experiences. You will be prompted to verify your identity when logging into Sales Navigator on an unrecognized device. You can then confirm through a text message or an authenticator app (i.e. Microsoft Authenticator).  For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses:⚡Message Assist: The latest in our AI suite, Message Assist helps you adopt InMail best practices and connect with decision makers with the right message in less time. This quarter, Sales Navigator users will be able to organize their buying committee the way you like and stay on top of key alerts in the mobile app, and our Advanced Plus users will be able to keep their data clean with new CRM Embedded Experiences.   For all Sales Navigator licenses: 1.   ⚡ With Placeholder Cards, you can now add a blank card in Relationship Map to represent decision makers even if they don't have a LinkedIn profile, have a different company listed than on their profile, or you haven’t connected with them yet. 2.   ⚡ Notifications Panel: The new Notifications Panel will provide you with a clear view of time-sensitive, actionable updates and alerts, both on desktop and mobile. You can work faster, focus on what’s important, and never miss critical alerts about your leads and accounts.  3.   Three Sales Navigator mobile app changes have been introduced to enhance the way Alerts are surfaced:  Prospecting workflows now focus on recently saved leads.   Alerts filters show the most filters first and organize them into a single, scrollable line to save space.   Alerts will be prioritized to show those most likely to be relevant to a seller upon login. For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses: 1.   Account IQ is now available on the Sales Navigator mobile app. You can now access critical account information like strategic priorities, business challenges, and financials all on the go. 2.   With the power of TeamLink, you can now enter a colleague’s team (one at a time) in the ‘Connections of’ filter in Lead Search without being connected with them.  For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus licenses: 1.   CRM Embedded Experiences: Find Key People: Already available to customers using Salesforce, this is now available for customers using Dynamics 365 as well. You will be able to see insights on prospects (leads) directly in your CRM, so you can leverage warm paths in, personalize outreach, and facilitate deeper multithreading. You will also be able to save these leads to a Sales Navigator list or send InMails directly from these pages.⚡ Relationship Map: For customers using Salesforce, you can now build Relationship Maps within your CRM. Leverage Sales Navigator data to map out relationships at an account and share maps or bulk update CRM contacts directly from your CRM. Bonus: Any changes you make within this experience in your CRM will be reflected in Sales Navigator.⚡ Account IQ: For customers using Salesforce, you will now be able to see key information about an account. You can find strategic priorities, estimated revenue, and business challenges directly within the context of your CRM account and opportunity records. 2.   ⚡ Data Validation badge: The new Data Validation badge alerts you to update a badge when the Account or Title fields are missing for contacts, so you can quickly update those fields with LinkedIn data right from your CRM. 3.   ⚡ HubSpot CRM integration: Announced and launched about a month ago, the HubSpot integration for Sales Navigator is now available for customers using HubSpot! Sellers can:save time in prospecting, cross-selling, and upselling – ultimately shortening sales cycles​ discover the right contacts at a target account​ – 8 of the most relevant individuals will be surfaced based on your target persona leverage powerful insights, such as recent job changes, posts on LinkedIn, and past customers for the next best action 2.   ⚡️ The brand new Personas allow you to define your target audience with clear attributes and hone in on the right people at your accounts. These capabilities can save you time by focusing on the insights that increase productivity, drive results, uncover the right account contacts, and allow you to take immediate action on the data you have. 🔎 Get a preview of the top upcoming enhancements & featuresFor all Sales Navigator license holders:The brand-new Relationship Explorer, which will sit next to Account Map on Account Pages, provides sellers with lead recommendations at an account. It leverages insights from job changes, interactions, trends, and more from LinkedIn’s professional network to provide sellers with optimal paths to connect with their target personas at target accounts. With insights such as past colleagues, recent job changes, and Executive TeamLink connections, sellers can understand why those individuals may be worth reaching out to. The Persona (function with Relationship Explorer) will allow sellers to define their target buyers so they can find and connect with the best leads while saving time. You’ll also be able to find leads matching your Personas at your saved accounts on the Homepage and apply the Personas Search filter to quickly hone in on the most relevant leads. The newest Search filters include “Account Lists” in Account Search and “viewed your profile”, “past colleagues”, and “Executive TeamLink” in Lead Search, allowing sellers to leverage more data points to make informed decisions. For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus users, you will have an additional “past customer” search filter. For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus plans:New Buyer Intent Activities will be included in the Buyer Activity section on Account Pages and on the Buyer Intent Account Dashboard. This quarter, it’s all about making finding and searching for the right information faster and easier. For all our Sales Navigator users, here is a summary of the top features and enhancements:1.   New auto-generated lists powered by LinkedIn’s relationship intelligence:Executives at Saved Accounts List that shows the executives who are new to your saved accounts and may be more receptive to outreach ⚡️ Recently Accepted Connections and InMails List for those who have recently accepted your connection requests or InMail to make it easier to follow up with that contact ⚡️    2.   Search enhancements to help you target the right accounts and reduce the time you spend prospecting:An updated dataset for the Technologies Used account filter to help you easily identify leads who use technology that your offering integrates with or find leads using a technology that your offering can replace.  The Annual Revenue filter’s dataset has been updated, helping you to easily identify companies in your target revenue range.  Ability to paste a list of postal codes into select search filters to search for Leads and Accounts in multiple regions ⚡️   “Saved” label for leads/accounts to help you easily identify the Leads and Accounts you already saved ⚡️ 3.   Lead Panel is now available on Account Maps and within Lists in addition to Search results experience to help you streamline the research phase in your prospecting and provide a preview of important Lead details for quick decision making.4.   Sales Preferences will be removed from User Settings, which was the last remaining in-product location for this feature. This removal will have NO impact on existing functionality and workflows, including our recommendation engine. For Advanced and Advanced Plus license holders, if you can do one thing today that would result in supercharging Sales Navigator to serve you more valuable, real-time alerts, and buyer intent signals and tell you the best next actions to reach buyers, would you do it?The My Current Accounts List prompt on the homepage makes it easy to upload your full book of business to Sales Navigator. Uploading your book of business is the one thing to do today that improves the Buyer Intent Dashboard, surfaces key insights from real-time alerts, and streamlines search by providing specific spotlights on key accounts. ⚡️     For Sales Navigator Admins:The metric for Connection Request Accepts will now be available in Usage Reporting. Admins will be able to see the total number of new connections the team has made through Sales Navigator. More Search enhancements, including: The “Technology used” filter in Account Search has been updated with the latest dataset. The “Annual revenue” filter in Account Search has also been updated to ensure accurate information is relayed. Users will be able to paste postal codes directly into the “Geography” filter in Lead Search to save you time from entering postal codes one by one. There will be a new “Saved” label for Leads and Accounts on Search result cards so you know when a Lead of Account has already been saved. The Lead Panel will now also be available on Account Maps and within Lists in addition to Search results. This eliminates the need for back and forth between tabs while providing a preview of important lead details for quick decision making. However, too much information and the wrong type of information make it hard for sellers to plan their next move. For sellers, what matters most is clear, actionable intelligence that surfaces interested buyers. That is why this quarter, we are introducing new LinkedIn-powered Buyer Intent features in Sales Navigator to enable sellers to take advantage of the unique and actionable behavioral data sourced from 830M+ LinkedIn members worldwide. To start, sellers will be able to quickly prioritize accounts within their book of business or discover new accounts based on buyer intent strength. Sellers will also begin seeing people and companies that have engaged with their profile, company ads, and LinkedIn posts. Because LinkedIn knows exactly who has taken those actions, you will have insight into their identities or whether they’re a decision-maker. These capabilities are currently in development, and additional intent coverage and activity insights will be added over the coming weeks and quarters. 🔎 Check out the top new enhancements & features coming this quarter:For all Sales Navigator license holders: Search is receiving a range of updates to further the efficiency created by our previous redesign. In response to popular demand, you can now pin your most used Search filters to jumpstart prospecting and save time and clicks. The Lead Panel rollout continues with a preview of the Lead Page within Search to save time when prospecting. The panel includes all the information you’ll need to qualify if an individual is worth additional research like job title, job description, and conversation starters. Note: This update is currently in beta and will continue rollout over the coming quarters.  For Sales Navigator Admins: Administrators of Sales Navigator will find it easier to manage your teams’ access with a new Account Center Activity Log that allows you to quickly review user invitations and license/permission updates performed by any administrator in your organization.   For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus plans: The Buyer Intent Account Dashboard delivers a list of accounts in the seller’s current book of business that are showing interest in your solutions and allows sellers to discover new accounts. This new dashboard view is prioritized by strength of intent and provides a preliminary set of signals, like shared connections and highlighted leads, which we will be building on in coming quarters.  The Beta Intent View on Account Pages introduces an intent activity timeline on each Account Page. Sellers can see which specific buyers at the account have been seeking your business out, what type of activity they engaged in, and when, along with the ability to filter by decision-makers. A select group of activities will be available this release with more to come in future releases.   New Intent Highlights on Homepage provides a summary of saved accounts with the highest levels of buyer intent signals so sellers can get started on outreach to interested buyers right away. New Buyer Intent account filter on Account Search is a new way to filter for accounts that are showing recent and relevant buyer intent signals. Sellers can then save those new accounts to review and prioritize alongside current opportunities.  For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus plan only: Sales Navigator Advanced Plus customers now have the option to enable CRM Sync for Salesforce Person Accounts. Find the right lead information faster, and take action when it counts  [For all Sales Navigator license holders] Lead Page*: Qualify leads faster on our new Lead Page experience, and take action more confidently and effectively with expanded conversation starter topics and pre-populated InMail message suggestions. Updates include:  Visibility into the last touch point to help sellers keep track of the last time they engaged with a lead and/or quickly disqualify leads they’ve already viewed on LinkedIn    Expanded "conversation starter" section to like and comment on a lead's LinkedIn posts    Get introduced section which is a redesigned and expanded TeamLink section organized by seniority level so that reps can best find their best path in. It will also include a pre-populated introduction InMail to save reps time crafting messages!   Updated Lead Page   2) Streamline the research phase in your prospecting process with the new Lead Panel [For all Sales Navigator license holders] New Lead Panel*: The new Lead Panel streamlines your prospecting process and keeps you on the same page the entire time. From the Search results, you can click on a lead’s name to see a preview of their Lead Page in Sales Navigator. This gives sellers quick access to the most important details about a lead helping to qualify or disqualify them from further research quickly.  The panel includes key details like job title, job description, and conversation starters for quick qualification right in your Search navigation.  *Note: This update is currently in beta and will go out to some users with fewer than 50 seats in their contracts next quarter. In Q4 2022, we’ll be giving the rest of our Sales Navigator users access.  3) Pinpoint the right leads and accounts faster with the new Search  [For all Sales Navigator license holders] All-new Experience*: Identify new leads and accounts with a new streamlined end-to-end Search workflow, including filters grouped intuitively by type and results that update in real time as filters are added/removed. Updates include: The introduction of a refreshed Search process, including a larger collapsible, intuitive grouped view of filters Net new filters such as "Company headquarters" and "TeamLink connections of" A live updating interface New Search Experience   4) Stay on top of your leads and accounts recent updates  [For all Sales Navigator license holders] Look for the Weekly Leads and Accounts Email Digest that suggests the most relevant leads and accounts to reach out to, right now. It highlights accounts showing interest in your company, recommended leads, past customers who have moved to a new company in your book of business, and opportunities that may be at risk due to Decision Makers leaving. Special thanks to our Sales Navigator Community for suggesting this feature!*  [For all Sales Navigator license holders] Get notified when your target accounts are involved in M&A activity with the new Mergers and Acquisitions Alert, which will provide a prompt on your Homepage if a saved account has acquired another company or been acquired themselves.  *Action needed: This feature is activated by your Sales Navigator saved accounts to provide accurate and relevant recommendations. Search and save today!  5) Leverage CRM to be informed on important lead and account updates  [For Advanced Plus license holders with CRM Sync enabled] Easily see when your CRM contact or lead information is out-of-date with our new Enhanced CRM Badges* and Improved Data Validation Flags*, which indicate within Sales Navigator lead profiles when the CRM does not reflect recent changes (like when someone has left an organization, changed job titles, or moved locations).  Note: These features are only available for Advanced Plus customers with CRM Sync enabled. CRM Sync requires Salesforce Sales Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.  6) Unlock the power of LinkedIn in Gong with our new SNAP integration  LinkedIn is excited to announce Gong as our newest partner in the Sales Navigator Application Platform (SNAP) program. SNAP is a partner program providing customers with expanded Sales Navigator partner integrations across their sales stack. To access the integration feature requires an Advanced or Advanced Plus Sales Navigator subscription. Our current integrations are displayed as a small frame called Embedded Profiles within the partner’s product that shows Sales Navigator information about the selected lead or account. Our integration with Gong will allow users to leverage the power of LinkedIn Embedded Profiles directly on Gong.   Other exciting news As you know, LinkedIn is not just a place people come to think about their work and their careers, it’s where B2B work gets done. Along with new products, features, and services coming to LinkedIn, we are excited to share that all sellers on LinkedIn will soon be able to showcase their expertise with Products on Profile.  This new feature will allow sellers to add a product they are an expert in within their work experience, which will include a direct link to your company’s product page, providing buyers with an easy way to learn more. This is your exclusive preview into Sales Navigator updates that will start to roll out in the coming weeks.  Decision makers are leaving organizations at a rate that has not been seen before. While job changes increased by 37% in 2021, this rapid movement of employees shows just how important it is to have accurate and trustworthy information available to your sales team. Meanwhile, 7 out of 10 sellers say they are not confident in their CRM data. The cost of this incorrect information is high, with Gartner reporting that bad data costs organizations ~$13 million annually.  That’s why this quarter, the Sales Navigator team is focused on developing updates to ensure that reps are working from the most relevant, accurate data that only the LinkedIn network can provide.  🔎 Top New Enhancements & Features Coming This Quarter:  [For all Sales Navigator license holders] New Lead Page reconfigured to help sellers qualify a lead quickly with the most important, accurate, and timely information front and center – like latest touchpoint, current role and description. It also allows sellers to take more immediate actions on a lead with a prominent Action Bar, conversation starters, and suggested introduction paths.  [For all Sales Navigator license holders – continued rollout from 2022 Q1] All-new Search, including a refreshed end-to-end search process with filters grouped intuitively by type, and a results interface that refreshes in real time as you add/ remove filters.    Updates include:  The introduction of a refreshed Search process, including a larger collapsible, intuitive grouped view of filters, making it easier to keep a full picture of all the ways you can access LinkedIn data  Net new filters such as "Company headquarters" and "TeamLink connections of" to build on existing favorite filters like "Connections of" and "Changed jobs in the past 90 days"  A live updating interface. Watch your results change as you add and remove filters to allow immediate fine-tuning.  [For Advance and Advanced Plus Sales Navigator license holders] New Integration with Gong, the revenue intelligence platform, providing current Sales Navigator contact and lead information within Gong’s user interface. These Embedded Profiles allow sellers to leverage the power of LinkedIn information in real time while reviewing their sales activity in Gong.  [For Advanced Plus Sales Navigator license holders with CRM Sync enabled] The next generation of Data Validation now provides a visual cue within Sales Navigator notifying users when CRM contacts or lead information is out of date. New Data Validation Badges allow sellers to easily see when someone has not only left an organization, but also changed job titles or location. Now sellers can directly update the CRM contact record in just three clicks from Sales Navigator, improving data quality and hygiene while reducing time toggling between applications. Last quarter, we rolled out the At-Risk Opportunities list to provide an automatically generated list, updated daily, that highlights “Contacts who have Left Open Opportunities”. This list is powered by matching contact data across your CRM and the LinkedIn network to help notify sellers when a deal is at risk because of decision maker job changes.  Learn more about these and other recent Sales Navigator changes here.  Action Needed for Salesforce Customers: The security of your data is of the utmost importance, and in order to maintain the highest levels of protection we periodically and proactively update our app packages. As part of these protocols, we are requiring Sales Navigator contracts using Embedded Profiles in their CRM to upgrade to app version 3.17 (or higher) by August 19, 2022. Your CRM administrator can check the current version of the app by navigating to Setup and searching “Installed Packages”. If “SN for SFDC” is on any 2.X version, please upgrade immediately using this link for the updated app. For additional instructions, guidance is available for Classic Salesforce and Lightning Salesforce, respectively.  Recommendations to Program Managers and Admins  Program Leaders and Admins should:  Review the list of updates relevant to your team and plan training sessions on updates to your sales process that ensure your team quickly takes advantage of the new features once they have been released.  Next steps on product announcements: Sales Navigator Administrators will receive access to most of these updates around June 22nd, with your users getting access in the weeks that follow.  Important note: Please keep this information between you and your Program Leads, as this is an exclusive early view, and these features are still under development. Hi, all. Our quarterly product release went out today, giving you an advanced view of the new features under development for this quarter.  We know you are working hard to meet your new business goals, but the “Great Reshuffle” is making things more complicated than usual. Turnover among corporate directors and executives is up 31%, changing buying committees and key decision makers at a rapid pace. Updates include: Visibility into the last touchpoint to help sellers keep track of the last time they engaged with a Lead and/or quickly disqualify Leads they’ve already viewed on LinkedIn. Expanded "conversation starter" section to like and comment on a Lead's LinkedIn posts Get introduced section which is a redesigned and expanded TeamLink section organized by seniority level so that reps can best find their best path in. It will also include a pre-populated introduction InMail to save reps time crafting messages!  *Note: These updates will be rolling out over the next two quarters. If you do not have access yet, stay tuned. 3) Prioritize and find focus with the new Homepage experience [Continued rollout from last quarter][For all Sales Navigator plans] New Homepage Experience: From a snapshot view of priority accounts to a streamlined view of Alerts to direct Account Map links, your most important sales actions now live in the new Homepage experience. See more details here. 4) Leverage CRM to be informed on important lead and account updates [For Advanced Plus plans with CRM Sync enabled] At-Risk Opportunities List**: Know which of your saved Leads have left their jobs with an auto-generated At-Risk Opportunities List that informs you of mismatches between your CRM and current LinkedIn data, so that you can identify new stakeholders at your target accounts. The At-Risk Opportunities List sits within Lead Lists in Sales Navigator and provides a once-daily CRM-generated list called “Contacts who have Left Open Opportunities.”  Enhanced CRM Cards**: Enhanced CRM cards are now available in your Lead and Account pages, providing an easy view from Sales Navigator into key account details and associated Opportunities from your CRM. (for those with Admin permission) CRM Custom Field Mapping**: Advanced Plus plan Admins can now enhance the effectiveness of CRM integrations with Custom Field Mapping. Easily map standard fields within Sales Navigator to either standard or custom-created fields within your CRM to improve data matching between your CRM and LinkedIn. CRM Sync requires Salesforce Sales Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Additional Enhancements Coming This Quarter:[For Users on all Sales Navigator plans]Recommended Lead List: Recommended Leads, previously found on the Homepage, is now an auto-generated list that can be accessed anytime in your Lead Lists tab. The all-new Recommended Leads List offers 100 fresh Lead recommendations at a time. Streamlined Save: We've made it easier for users to save Leads to lists by reducing the number of clicks required to save. A user's most recently used Lists are now shown at the top of the save dropdown menu, and all Lists will be ordered alphabetically. This will help save time for users with a large volume of Lists. [For Admins on all Sales Navigator plans]New Sales Navigator for Salesforce App: This quarter, we have launched a new version of the Sales Navigator app for Salesforce. The new version solves some issues users were experiencing with Data Validation, along with additional bug fixes. Upgrade to v3.9 in the Salesforce App Exchange today. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Reauthentication: Our CRM Sync connections periodically require proactive reauthentication to maintain the highest level of security. For Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sync’ing customers, please reauthenticate your CRM Sync connection in Admin Settings by March 22nd, 2022.
