That’s why this quarter, we’re introducing exciting updates to the LinkedIn.com experience and deeper integrations with the sales tools you use every day. With the upcoming new features and enhancements, you will be able to:

- Drive more success for your organization as well
Read on to find out new features like Lead Insights, AI-Assisted Help, and the improved Notifications Panel. For our Advanced Plus customers with CRM Sync enabled, learn more about new Sales Navigator for CRM capabilities below!
🔎 Get a preview of the top upcoming features & enhancements
For all Sales Navigator users:
- Lead Insights on Linkedin.com: You can now view key insights about a Lead directly on his or her LinkedIn profile.
- Improved Notifications: We have enhanced the email digest to highlight the most relevant updates for you. When clicking on the Sales Navigator icon on LinkedIn, you will also be taken to the open notifications panel automatically.
- AI-assisted Help: You can easily chat with LinkedIn 24/7 through our AI-powered help assistant.
For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus users:
- Account IQ on LinkedIn.com: You can now see an abbreviated section of Account IQ on company pages on Linkedin.com.
For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus users:
- CRM Embedded Experiences enhancements
- Account IQ: For Dynamics 365 and HubSpot users, you can now view account summaries with key information right in your CRM.
- Relationship Map: For HubSpot users, you will soon be able to build relationships and update maps and share them with colleagues right in your CRM.
- SNAP enhancements:
- Enhanced Gong integration: Users with Gong Engage will also have access to Account IQ and Relationship Map as well as Find Key People, allowing you to uncover the right path in and save time with hidden allies.
For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus licenses with an Admin seat:
- Enhanced CRM Match Report: Admins will have easier access on the reporting page and more detailed analysis.
