Built on LinkedIn’s unparalleled network and proprietary data to automate and enhance key sales activities, the new AI Suite cuts manual work to enable smarter, more impactful sales engagements and empowers your sales teams to achieve more with less effort.
Check out how sellers can use it to find all the right people, engage effectively, and elevate conversations – beginning with the brand-new Lead IQ* and enhancements to Account IQ* this quarter.
In addition, Sales Navigator users will also see an enriched experience across Linkedin.com, to help elevate conversations and engage effectively.
*Our AI Suite is currently available for only Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses.
Get a preview of the top upcoming features & enhancements
For all Sales Navigator users – on LinkedIn:
- Lead Insights enhancements: Understand your buyers with a sales-driven overview that highlights persona match, key signals such as account buyer intent or job changes, and warm paths in.
- AI-assisted intros on profile pages: On LinkedIn, ask for an AI-assisted introduction leveraging warm paths in, such as TeamLink, Executive TeamLink, and shared work experiences, among many others.
- Sales Navigator Notifications on LinkedIn: Stay on top of key alerts for saved leads and identify new potential leads and accounts.
For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus users:
- ⚡Lead IQ: With a generative AI summary of key insights about an individual on the Lead Page, save time on essential research and get summarized info about a lead into key talking points and insights.
- Account IQ enhancements: This quarter, personalized insights are integrated into Account IQ to help sellers position themselves and their solutions to customers. Additional improvements like expanded coverage, improved data, and updated account page are also included
For all Sales Navigator users – on Sales Navigator:
- ⚡ User Settings redesign: We've added a navigation bar to our settings to make them much easier to navigate through and jump right to the sections where you care about tailoring your experience.
- ⚡ Two-Step Verification: We’ve also added an additional security process used to protect online accounts and sensitive information.
For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus users:
- ⚡ Sales Navigator for Freshworks: Embedded Profiles & Experiences: For Freshworks CRM users, Embedded Profiles surface LinkedIn data directly in your CRM, making it even easier to research your contacts and accounts without having to switch contexts between your CRM and another data source. With Embedded Experiences on account records in your CRM, Freshworks users will also have access to Account IQ, Find Key People, and Relationship Map.
