One of the features that are unlocked when building your account and lead list is Alerts. On your Sales Navigator homepage, you will see all the important changes and activities that can be an excellent indicator for a conversation starter. As acting fast is one of the keys to building your credibility and earning trust, I’d like to highlight the Buyer Intent Alerts that you want to watch out for:
For all license holders:
Lead Viewed Profile - A saved lead has viewed your profile.
Lead Accepted your Connections - A lead accepted your connection request on LinkedIn.
Recently Viewed Lead – Lead recommendations for a new user to save a previously viewed profile.
Potential lead viewed your profile - A lead recommendation who has viewed your profile and works at a company that is a saved account.
For Advanced and Advanced Plus license holders:
Lead engaged with your content - A lead publicly engaged with (liked, commented, or shared) your company's content on LinkedIn. Here are two lead engagement alerts types you can view:
- A lead engaged in sponsored content (Advanced Plus users only) - When a Sales Navigator user’s saved lead engages (like, comment, share) with their company’s sponsored content on LinkedIn.
- A lead engaged in an organic content - When a Sales Navigator user’s saved lead engages (like, comment, share) with their company’s organic content on LinkedIn (e.g. a regular post).
Lead viewed your Smart Link - A lead has viewed a Smart Link you shared, with relevant content to track viewer engagement.
The following two alerts are based the LinkedIn insight tag on your website. It means that to receive alerts when a person views your company website, you must have a tag installed on your website. To learn more you can visit this article: Buyer Intent Alerts.
- Buyer Intent Alerts for Employees – A user will receive an alert when employees at all levels from a saved account, excluding leadership (VP, CXO, Partner, or Owner Level) views the Sales Navigator user’s LinkedIn company page or company website
- Buyer Intent Alerts for Leadership - A user will receive an alert when leadership at a saved account with seniority levels at VP, CXO, Partner, or Owner Level view your LinkedIn company page or company website.
We can’t wait to hear how you leverage these alerts! Do you have a success story to share? Please share with us in a comment below.
