After diving into how you can view data in your CRM, let’s look into the next area of using CRM Sync: Viewing insights from Sales Navigator.
Auto-save
This feature allows you to automatically save your book of business from your CRM into Sales Navigator and automate the import of CRM accounts, contacts and leads which will
- Save time of searching and saving accounts and leads
- Trigger alerts in Sales Navigator
- Generating lists that can be applied through filters to target your searches in your BoB.
Under Auto-save you can:
Add Accounts to My CRM Accounts List: Add missing accounts to My CRM Account list in Sales Navigator with one click to be always up-to-date
Customize Your Auto-Save Lists: Determine what accounts, contacts, or leads to import, and decide what options to select based on your needs on the Account or Lead list page
- On the Account lists/Lead List page, select the Customize button.
- Then select setting options from the list provided. You can select one or all options to meet your use case best

Edit Lists: Remove outdated assigned accounts or leads by going to an Account/Lead list page and select the ellipsis icon

Champion list
The Champion list, titled as Past Customers at New Companies, contains past customers who are associated with closed-won opportunities in your CRM and it helps:
- Advocate for users and their potential products/services
- Identify and build the user’s buying committee
- Surface potential roadblocks

This list is generated if these criteria are met:
- Sales Navigator Lead maps to a CRM Contact of a closed-won opportunity
- Sales Navigator Account matches the CRM Account of the closed-won opportunity
- The closed-won opportunity closed within the last 5 years
- The matched Sales Navigator Account is different from the Sales Navigator Lead’s current Account
- The Sales Navigator Lead’s current Account is an account you own in CRM or have saved in Sales Navigator
At-Risk Opportunities List
This list, titled as Contacts Who Have Left Open Opportunities, is auto-generated when at least one contact in your CRM that has left an open opportunity and gone to another organization
