Today, we officially announced Sales Navigator's Q1 feature updates. You've been seeing previews in the Community, and now we invite you to check out the public launch of all the new features here: https://business.linkedin.com/sales-solutions/product-update

 

Highlights include:

 

  • Contract Creation in CRM: create a Contact record in your Salesforce CRM directly from a Sales Navigator Lead Page or Lead List. 
  • Smart Links: easily package and share content via link created in Sales Navigator which will track viewing behavior
  • Search Enhancements: share your lead searched with colleagues via SN
  • New Saved Account Alert: save your favourite account search to revisit in the future
  • Homepage Enhancements: slide-in panel for Alerts about a Saved Account raising money with calls-to-action within the panel, allowing you to take action without leaving your workflow
  • Usage Reporting Refresh: refresh for Teams Editions customers
  • Mobile app: access the new localized versions (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish)
  • Business Intelligence - New SNAP Integration: analytics Integration, specifically to empower marketing, sales teams, and leaders to track their performance

 

Coming changes:

  • Recent simplification of the SSI page that removes the “Weekly SSI” and “Team Leaderboard” sections
  • Sunset of Sales Navigator for Gmail plugin on March 18th, 2020

These updates align with the changing needs and behaviors of our customers and users, so we will refocus our teams on adding more valuable features to Sales Navigator in the future.

New Features Suggested in Community Ideas page

 

We’re proud to share that a number of this quarter’s new features, including contact creation, usage reporting enhancements, ability to share a lead search, and enhancements to our homepage experience were suggested by customers in Community discussions and on our Community Ideas page. Thank you to all of our Community members who reached out with suggestions and feedback related to these features! As always, if you have ideas for additional new features, please submit them via the Ideas page.

 

Product Release Ramp Timeline

 

  • February 19th: All Admins on Field Team & Enterprise Contracts + Field Team and Enterprise Contracts up to 15 seats (excluding contracts <30 days old and pilot contracts)
  • February 26th: Field Team & Enterprise Contracts with more than 15 seats (excluding contracts <30 days old and pilot contracts)
  • March 18th: All remaining Contracts

In the past year, we’ve seen our customers’ needs — and their use of Sales Navigator — rapidly evolve. Sales Navigator has become increasingly essential as the world moves online and sellers seek more effective ways to connect to the right buyers virtually.

 

If you haven't heard, we have a new Sales Navigator experience coming soon in January 2022:

 

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the (new) features of each plan at the links above or watch the recording of the new Sales Navigator lineup experience.

 

In addition, I want to call out that Contact Creation (via CRM Sync) will be available for only the Advanced Plus plan, but Smart Links and Usage Reporting will be available for both the Advanced and Advanced Plus plans beginning in January 2022.
