Happy January! I’m delighted to share our first Statement of Direction of the year, an exclusive sneak peek into LinkedIn Sales Solutions updates that will start to become available throughout the first quarter. 

A recent study demonstrated that sales rep can save up to 15 min a day equaling 65 hours per year from not switching tools. To make sellers more efficient and effective, we are bringing LinkedIn Sales Navigator directly into the other tools they use in their day-to-day workflows, starting with their CRM for our Advanced and Advanced Plus users.

If you have the Core license, read on to find out this quarter’s enhancements in Account IQ and Account Hub that will save you time and provide more accurate insights.

 

🔎 Get a preview of the top upcoming features & enhancements

For all Sales Navigator license holders:

  • Account IQ enhancements:
    • Previously available to only companies with 500+ employees, Account IQ will now be available to companies with 200+ employees.
    • Previously sourced up to 365 days from the current date, the Strategic Priorities and Business Challenges section in Account IQ will source from data and news in the last 90 days. This is available for only publicly traded companies with 1000+ employees.
  • Account Hub enhancements:
    • You will be able to filter Recommended Leads in Account Hub with your own Personas.
    • The recommended leads in Account Hub and Relationship Explorer will now be consistent, to streamline your lead search.

 

For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus users:

  • CRM Embedded Experience: Find Key People: You will be able to see insights on prospects (leads) directly in your CRM, so you can leverage warm paths in, personalize outreach, and facilitate deeper multithreading. You will also be able to save these leads to a Sales Navigator list or send InMails directly from these pages.

*For Advanced Plus users synced with Salesforce, you can add the prospect (lead) directly to your CRM

CRM Embedded Experience will be available for Advanced and Advanced Plus customers using Salesforce through the Sales Navigator for Salesforce AppExchange package and will be coming to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales soon. 

 

For all Sales Navigator Advanced Plus licenses with an Admin seat:

  • Limit User Visibility to CRM Opportunity Data in Sales Navigator: There is a new setting  to restrict the visibility of opportunity information in Sales Navigator to only those with permissions to view it.
  • CRM Lead and Contact Creation Requirement Update: There is another new setting that requires users to fill out the e-mail field if they are creating or updated leads and creating or updating contacts.

Great updates Eva, especially relating to 90 days window for Account IQ. This feature is quickly becoming a game changer for us and our clients wanting to do more effective sales outreach!


Glad to hear, @justyna.brownbridge! I think cutting the news and data source down from 365 days to 90 days is a huge improvement towards data accuracy and helping users leverage the most relevant information.
