We’re excited to share the Q1 2025 Statement of Direction, an exclusive sneak peek into LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s upcoming features and updates that will be released this quarter.
It is to no one’s surprise that personalized InMails are 2.5x more likely to be accepted than generic outreach. We also know that crafting personalized messages takes time – up to 7hrs/week for just researching leads alone.
Now, for Advanced and Advanced Plus customers (English-language for now), we’re excited to extend beta access to Message Assist*, our newest AI-powered feature designed to cut through the noise and connect you with the people who matter most. We are removing the busywork by using LinkedIn’s first-party data and generative AI to craft tailored messages that resonate.
In addition to Message Assist, Sales Navigator users can also expect updates/changes in Account IQ, account security, Sales Navigator Alerts, and Account Center. Read on to learn more as well as how to expect during the Message Assist beta.
*While our Message Assist beta is currently available for only Advanced and Advanced Plus customers only, some Core users may receive temporary access to help us make improvements.

For all Sales Navigator users:
- Two-Step Verification: First introduced last quarter as option, two-step verification is now required to access Sales Navigator on desktop, on mobile, or in Embedded Experiences.
For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus users:
Message Assist: The latest in our AI suite, Message Assist:
- Pulls real-time data from the world’s largest professional networking, including recent lead activity, mutual connections, and business priorities
- Leverages data from Account IQ, including strategic business priorities and pain points, to align your message with each account’s unique needs
- Unlock cutting-edge capabilities that make outreach smarter and more effective, by combining AI models from Microsoft and Open AI
- Account IQ enhancements: As Account IQ has served as a valuable tool for many sales professionals, we are now making it available in French, Spanish, and German.
For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus users:
Alerts in Sales Navigator for Partners: Sales Navigator Alerts will now be available through Embedded Experience in your CRM or Gong. Available in Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Freshworks, and Gong, Sales Navigator will push Alerts directly into these tools as part of your workflow.
For Admins on a Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus plan:
Admin Product and Services Settings: In Admin Settings, Admins can now upload a list of products and services offered. This allows sellers to quickly select relevant offerings when using tools like Account IQ and Message Assist.
Account Center becomes Admin Center: Account Center is being rebranded to Admin Center, where all user and license management flows will take place. While an improved interface, the functions remain unchanged.
