The year 2023 began with uncertainty, causing many sellers to realize that now is the time for change and adaptation, as they attempt to become more productive with fewer resources. This quarter, we’re excited to introduce Account Hub: a single Sales Navigator view that brings together all the key LinkedIn insights your sales team needs to manage their target accounts and discover new opportunities in one place. The value of LinkedIn-powered buyer intent, relationship intelligence, and account insights will be presented in one single view with Account Hub. In addition to Account Hub, check out other features and enhancements this quarter that will help your sales team win in times of uncertainty and limited resources.

For all Sales Navigator license holders:
- The new Account Hub presents fresh and current buyer data for sellers to make informed prioritization decisions with:
- Account alerts about economic changes that impact your target account
- Recommendations for warm paths into an account based on key buyer intent and relationship intelligence indicator (i.e. InMail acceptance and decision-maker new hires)
- Buyer intent to provide an indication of a company's interest in your company’s products or services
- CRM opportunity data* highlighting open opportunities at target accounts
*CRM opportunity data will be available to only Advanced Plus licenses with CRM Sync enabled.
- This quarter’s search enhancements include:
- The new “Category interest” filter in Lead Search allows you to understand which buyers are likely searching for a product like yours.
- The new “People you interacted with” filter in Lead Search allows you to see the leads you’ve recently viewed or messaged on LinkedIn.
- The enhanced “Current job title” and “Past job title” filters in Lead Search provide you more flexibility in building based on roles.
For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus plans:
- This quarter’s Buyer Intent enhancements include:
- visibility into corporate website visits (with the LinkedIn Insights tag)
- ability to identify new LinkedIn connections of other teammates on your Sales Navigator contract and TeamLink Extend
- the new “Account has buyer intent” filter in Lead Search for potential buyers that have shown interest in the past 30 days
- The auto-generated "Accounts Expressing Buyer Intent” List will be sunsetted as Account Hub will replace this list as a go-to for account buyer intent.
For Sales Navigator Advanced Plus plans:
- Advanced Plus customers with CRM sync can add the accounts saved in your CRM directly to the “My CRM Accounts” list.
For LinkedIn Sales Insights users:
- Prior Year Reports provides you the ability to view and download all accounts purchased in a previous contract year. This allows users to quickly redownload accounts when credits are refreshed and continue identifying opportunities for growth.
