We understand how gaining customer insights from your CRM can be like solving a puzzle with missing pieces. That’s why this quarter, we’re bringing Sales Navigator’s real-time insights into your CRM to amplify its value with LinkedIn’s member and company data. For our Advanced Plus users, you’ll find the much anticipated HubSpot CRM integration as well as new CRM Embedded Experiences: Find Key People (for Dynamics), Account IQ, and Relationship Map.

For our Advanced and Core users, read on to find out new features like the Notifications Panel and enhancements in Relationship Map and Account IQ.

🔎 Get a preview of the top upcoming features & enhancements

For all Sales Navigator license holders:

  • Relationship Map enhancements:
    • ⚡️ You can now add placeholder cards to represent people who don’t have a LinkedIn profile or have a different company listed on their profile than this company’s Relationship Map.
  • ⚡️ Notifications Panel: The new notifications panel, available in both desktop and mobile, provides you with a clear view of time-sensitive, actionable updates and alerts.

For Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus users:

  • Sales Navigator Mobile enhancements:
    • Account IQ will now be available on Sales Navigator mobile app. You can now access critical account information like strategic priorities, business challenges, and financials all on the go.
    • We’ve also streamlined the mobile homepage to make it easier to find the most pertinent information to you with the fewest clicks.
  • Search enhancements:
    • ‘Connections of’ filter: Thanks to the power of TeamLink, you can now enter a colleague’s team (one at a time) in the ‘Connections of’ filter in Lead Search without being connected with them.

For all Sales Navigator Advanced Plus users:

  • ⚡️ HubSpot CRM integration: This has been requested by many Community members, and a full integration between HubSpot and Sales Navigator will finally be available this quarter! We will be sharing key features soon, but you can expect to:
    • View real-time, people-powered LinkedIn data directly in your CRM (i.e. recommended leads, TeamLink, 2nd degree connections, and LinkedIn news events)
    • Keep your CRM up to date with just a few clicks
    • Avoid context switching
    • Easily and quickly find warm paths in to make stronger connections
  • CRM Embedded Experiences:
    • Find Key People: Last quarter, we introduced this to Salesforce-integrated customers. This quarter, we’re also making this available for Dynamics 365- and HubSpot-integrated customers. You will be able to see insights on prospects (leads) directly in your CRM, so you can leverage warm paths in, personalize outreach, and facilitate deeper multithreading. You will also be able to save these leads to a Sales Navigator list or send InMails directly from these pages.
    • ⚡️ Relationship Map: Now within your CRM, you can also build Relationship Maps. Leverage Sales Navigator data to map out relationships at an account and share maps or bulk update CRM contacts directly from your CRM. Bonus: Any changes you make within this experience in your CRM will be reflected in Sales Navigator.
    • ⚡️ Account IQ: You will now be able to see key information about an account like strategic priorities, estimated revenue, and business challenges directly within the context of your CRM account and opportunity records.
  • ⚡️ Data Validation badge: The new Data Validation badge alerts you to update a badge when the Account or Title fields are missing for contacts, so you can quickly update those fields with LinkedIn data right from your CRM.

All CRM Embedded Experiences are available for Salesforce-integrated customers on an Advanced Plus plan. Find Key People will be released for Dynamics 365 on April 19 and HubSpot on Apr 24, and the other two CRM Embedded Experiences will be coming later for D365 and HubSpot.

Customers on our Advanced plan will be able to access member and company profiles from their CRM with our widgets for Salesforce and Dynamics.

For Sales Navigator Admins:

  • ⚡️ Usage Reporting Persona filter: The new Persona filter gives Admins a detailed look at your organization’s Sales Navigator usage and see how well users’ saved leads and connections match your target personas.
  • Enterprise-wide control of “log to CRM”*: Admins can now toggle on a setting requiring all LinkedIn messages and InMails (including replies) to be logged to your CRM.

*This is part of Activity Writeback, which is available for Advanced Plus licenses with CRM Sync enabled.

You can find more details of these Sales Navigator features – and more upcoming features – in this quarter’s “What’s Changing Deck.”

Finally, please keep this information between you and your Program Leads and do not share externally, as this is an exclusive early view, and these features are still under development. If you have questions or feedback about the product direction, please provide your feedback directly to our team by starting a new post and selecting “Product Idea” on the left.

Nice Article Eva. At the end you mention LinkedIn Admins. Can you expand more on that and how would I go about finding one?

Hi @Brayam

Welcome to the Community!

To be clear, Sales Navigator Admins is a seat type in your Sales Navigator contract.

An Admin seat is only available in Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus licenses.

If you do not see an “Admin” tab in your Sales Navigator, then you are not an Admin on your contract/license.

Unfortunately, our team doesn’t have visibility into who the Admin(s) on your contract is.

I’d encourage you to ask around internally or reach out to your LinkedIn account team (RM or CSM).

Hope this helps!
